		<description>Wow, a bit intense (I imagine the day&#039;s 1 and 2 are not consecutive though). 

For dropping muscle fat, kettlebells are great.
Deadlifts are excellent for building muscle mass so not sure if its best for what you want, although is one of the best for the whole body as a whole.</description>
